Camiros was retained to formulate a development master plan for this proposed 1100 acre golf course community. Key tasks involved in this assignment included an evaluation of environmental conditions, an analysis of the suitability of the site for golf course and development use, and the refinement of the development program. Once the most suitable land area for the golf course was identified and the general layout of golf holes established, the various components of the development program were then located around the golf course. The development program consisted of 2400 dwelling units in the form of single-family, townhouse and multi-family dwellings as well as an 80 acre light industrial park.
