Camiros assisted Hiffman Shaffer Associates in preparing a development master plan for a 35 acre retail development in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The retail center was designed to accommodate two "big box" retailers along with a series of specialty stores and out lot uses. The total gross floor area of the retail center is 400,000 square feet. A key consideration in the design of the retail center was creating a distinctive character and image. The site is situated at an important gateway into the community, and local officials stressed their desire to incorporate upgraded architectural and landscape design into the development plan. To this end, Camiros prepared a conceptual landscape plan for the center that established broad perimeter landscape treatments, generous parking lot landscaping and a community entrance monument or sculpture.
