Wheaton Downtown Historic District

Camiros is assisting the City of Wheaton, Illinois, in assessing the need for an historic district designation or zoning change to protect the integrity of the residential neighborhood immediately north of the downtown. Also being developed are design guidelines for new construction and building renovation in the downtown itself. Camiros will advise the City on potential methods for using the guidelines to protect the traditional character and vitality of the downtown.
