95th Street/Beverly Streetscape Design

Camiros, Ltd. prepared comprehensive streetscape design plans for the aesthetic enhancement of the 95th Street/Western Avenue Business District as part of an overall improvement plan. The design plans provided an overall vision for an improved business district and included streetscape treatment, facade renovations, beautification of the 95th Street planted median, lighting and parking improvements. Detailed cost estimates were prepared to allow local officials to plan for future construction through the existing tax-increment finance district. In the interim, incremental improvements were made by requiring developers to implement streetscape improvements as part of new redevelopment projects.
