Noblesville Unified Development Ordinance 
After completing the City of Noblesville Comprehensive Master Plan, Camiros was retained to revise the city's zoning and subdivision ordinances. The goals of the revision were to implement the applicable policies of the plan and clarify the complicated existing ordinances.
One major challenge of the assignment was that the fast pace of growth in the city had placed more emphasis on subdivision rather than zoning controls. Camiros responded to this with a unified development ordinance, in which all subdivision and zoning regulations were combined into one document for consistency and ease of use.
Other important elements of the revision were:
- Creation of a Village Center district to accommodate growth in focused mixed use centers
- Formalization of the site plan review procedure
- Expansion of standards for Planned Unit Developments.
