Camiros has an extensive and successful body of economic assessment work. This work includes determining project feasibility, building public-private partnerships, and establishing funding mechanisms such as Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Special Service Areas, and Business Improvement Districts. Our experience allows us to be highly effective in not only envisioning and designing for various types of projects, but also in securing development interest and creating the necessary public-private support systems to get projects moving.
